Our Team

ATUDIS currently has 11 staff at managerial position from various technical backgrounds ie Agriculture, Irrigation Engineering, NRM, Rural Development, Clinical Medicine, M&E, ICT, Gender Equity etc

ATUDIS has a group 28 of frontline workers, based at the community level. Their main role being community mobilization and implementation of project activities.

Each sector has a sectoral lead (Livelihoods, Education, Governance and Human Rights Advocacy ,WASH, Peace Building), who reports to the Executive Director, who is also the secretary of ATUDIS.

The Executive Director is responsible for the facilitation of the organization growth as a team leader and participates in project planning, monitoring developments and representing ATUDIS. He is instrumental in policy advocacy and liaison; agency policy and strategy change management and head the project quality development cell.

Joel Sabaa - Support Staff (Security Guard) Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of ATUDIS staff, visitors, property and facilities, while supporting a secure working environment.
